SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, January 15, from 6-8 PM will be the Opening Reception of ENERGY VORTEX, Pablo Contrisciani's Solo Show, curated by Ross Karlan @_rossinante and Sophia Ballesteros @_sophiaelisa_ .at Miami International Fine Arts @mifamiami 5900 NW 74th Ave, Miami, Florida.
“By immersing viewers in a dynamic interplay of color and gesture, Energy Vortex draws meaning from mainstream ideas in quantum physics and the physicality of large-scale gestural painting. Pablo Constriscani’s solo explores how movement, intention, and perception converge to create an expressive language of transformation. Bold, saturated hues pulse with energy, evoking both emotional resonance and a sense of constant flux. Each brushstroke serves as an imprint of action, a channel for unseen forces.
References to South Florida’s coastline, the void, and the act of taking a leap internally reflect the artist’s deep engagement with gestural painting as a means of understanding one’s emotive surroundings. His exhibition will also serve to bridge the artist communities at MIFA and Laundromat Art Space as institutions committed to fostering contemporary ideas in artist-run studios."
